I-stool

I made this stool after I finished a trestle desk.

The name of the stool could have been T-stool.

But my wife said "It doesn't look like a T."

So, instead, here are some 'I-stools'.

 

I-stool
This simple light-weight stool is well-suited for everyday use.
It has a modern look with traditional touches (like the exposed joinery).
A great alternative for a dining chair where too many chairs in smaller
settings can create a cluttered look to a room.

Hide glue joints are reversible and therefore repairable.

Soap finish - simply a mixture of water and pure soap flakes.
